To challenge myself, I've signed up to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and run the Rock 'N Roll Marathon in Savannah. That's right. I've signed up to willing run 26.2 miles. I may be insane, but at least my insanity can do some good by helping to cure blood cancers. If you've got a minute or a few dollars to spare, please head over to my donation page.

Running is hard. It’s a contact sport between you and the ground and it can cause some serious damage.

No doubt a brain and some shoes are essential for marathon success, although if it comes down to a choice, pick the shoes. More people finish marathons with no brains than with no shoes.
